I had a problem starting my laptop so I contacted Jay due to his location and good reviews. Within a week Jay has been to our house twice. He very promptly diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. Although my laptop has come to the end of its life, Jay was able to rescue all my data from the hard drive and return it to me.
