I founded Jay Matthew Computers in 2018 due to a lack of high quality local computer repair businesses, with the aim of providing a valued local service. Many modern businesses, notably larger ones, tend not to prioritise the customer experience, and my goal was to create a business that was notably different by offering a great customer-focused service that operates with integrity and is highly efficient.

I strive to offer the most reliable and efficient computer repair and IT support service in Hertfordshire, without compromising on quality or price. Through my work I demonstrate technical skill, integrity, and customer care excellence, with the goal of leaving my customers satisfied that the job has been completed efficiently and to a high standard. Within a week Jay has been to our house twice. He very promptly diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. Although my laptop has come to the end of its life, Jay was able to rescue all my data from the hard drive and return it to me. All for a very reasonable price. Really nice guy too.
